Dora OP was newly installed after the closing of Song-Ak San OP. It is the OP in the northernmost location in South Korea, which is open to the public to allow them to have a glimpse of the live in North Korea. Through the binoculars, it is possible to see details of the Gaesong City including the Song-Hak mountain, a statue of General Kim, Ki-Jong Dong, outskirt of Gaesong, Keum-Am Gol(collective farm), and train funnel remained from the Korean War(Jang-Dan station). The Dora OP was first open to public in January 1987 and it covers an area of 243 units of area, which consists of 500 seats, a VIP room, an operation room, a parking lot and more.
